Robert D. Zaslow began practicing law while working at Legal Aid in Lima, Ohio in 1994 and has been a family law attorney in Connecticut for more than two decades. His focus remains primarily involved with families in and of divorce -- representing litigants, serving as a mediator, serving as an arbitrator, and taking cases as a parent coordinator.

He serves/has served as a Special Master for the Danbury Family Court, the Hartford Family Court, the Hartford court’s Early Intervention Program (EIP), the New Britain Family Court, and the Regional Family Trial Docket in Middletown. He continues to serve on the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association, having served as its Chair in 2013-14.  He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Hartford County Bar Foundation.

Continuing an interest in alternative dispute resolution, Attorney Zaslow is a member of the Collaborative Divorce Group of Western Connecticut (www.danburydivorcesolutions.com), Collaborative Divorce Lawyers Association (www.collaborative-divorce.com) and is a certified mediator in divorce matters.

Attorney Zaslow holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut and a Juris Doctor from the Claude W. Pettit College of Law at Ohio Northern University.
